Tyrone Lewis has established himself as a carpenter on period properties in Rochester and the surrounding area.

Carpentry is part of Tyrone’s DNA. From a young age Tyrone’s father, a master carpenter, engaged him in his work and imparted considerable knowledge of working with timber. Building on this foundation, Tyrone went on to study art and architecture at UCA where he picked up an eye for colours, form and material processes. Paying close attention to detail and with a meticulous approach to his work, Tyrone has since worked on numerous period properties, renovating windows & exterior timberwork as well as installing interior carpentry in-keeping with the property. Apart from taking pride in his craftsmanship, Tyrone always makes sure his projects fit smoothly into his client’s daily lives by working cleanly and thoughtfully.

Supporting Tyrone is his partner Felicity who manages the day to day running of the business. Working in architecture she has a fundamental understanding of the design process & is able to help support clients in visualising the proposed works.
